We analyze the major reasons to watch Trisha's Mohini
1. Trisha is returning to Tamil cinema screens after almost 2
years and in her career spanning over 16 years, this is the first time she is doing
a double role – playing a chef ‘Vaishnavi’ & the ghost ‘Mohini’. It would
be interesting to watch her perform in two different roles with contrasting characteristics in the same
movie.

Mohini - The Ghost |
2. Almost 85-90% of the movie has been shot in London. Major
portion involves VFX, work done by visual effects experts from London based studios who have
worked in Harry potter movies. The movie was in post-production for more than a
year to get the visual effects right. It will be a visual treat to the
audience. The team also has given lot of attention to audio effects with a
separate sound script.
3. Mohini comes in the Comedy + Horror thriller genre, which
provides a wholesome entertainment to the family audience. The movie has been
certified with a clean ‘U’. It also carries a social message against child abuse.
4. Trisha has for the first time performed risky stunts, predominantly
in the second half involving Mohini character. The movie involves underwater
sequences, high octane stunt sequences performed by Trisha without a body
double.
5. The movie is a supernatural thriller. The story introduces
new element called ‘Epigenetics’ theory to the audience. Mohini is backed by a
strong technical team and music by duo Vivek-Mervin whose songs have already
been topping the charts. Director of the movie R Madhesh has worked previously
as creative director in Super star Rajnikanth’s animation movie Kochadaiyan.
